Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within this timeframe.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- The item must not be listed under Non-Returnable Items below
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@classyleatherbags.us within 30 days of delivery and include the following:
- Your full name and order number
- The reason for your return
- Clear photos of the item (required if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@classyleatherbags.us with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
